During our trip to LA and Santa Barbara, we decided to play Sandpiper Golf Course. Given Santa Barbara’s reputation as a high‑end, celebrity‑filled area, we expected the course to be in great condition. The ocean views were beautiful, but the fairways, tee boxes, and greens were noticeably worn and not well maintained. Overall, it wasn’t the level of quality we expected, and the experience was a bit disappointing.
